By fully mastering the elevator operation and fault status, accurately determining the corporate responsibility and regulatory responsibility, and by publicly publishing the elevator fault data, maintenance quality of the maintenance unit, rescue response speed, elevator fault causes and other information, urge the maintenance unit to be responsible, so that the citizens can take the elevator scientifically and treat the elevator fault rationally. The research results have been popularized and applied in Hangzhou, Nanjing, Guangzhou and other cities, realizing the rapid rescue of more than 10000 elevator trapped people, and providing direct and powerful technical support for Hangzhou Quality Supervision Bureau to build the country's first "elevator emergency response center (96333)".
